From the Desk of David Wolfe, Founder & CEO
As Peter Drucker said, “Culture eats strategy for Breakfast”.
You have to CARE for your team members! So simple!! Not care for them so they produce for you….not care for them to the degree the produce for you…but genuinely care about their whole life- them as a complete person. Despite what they produce for the company.
“Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Theodore Roosevelt
How do you do this?
- Spend time with them, listen to them, be present, be relational, ask them about their lives. Be interested in them.
- Offer resources to them to help their personal finances, marriages, health, work/life balance, etc
If leaders do these things it starts to seep into the whole company and that’s how you create a championship culture. And as a result of building a championship culture you can get championship results!
