Make a list of 20 ‘Connectors’ and 20 ‘A Players’. A ‘Connector’ is anyone who knows you, is well connected and is willing to help you. ‘A Players’ are the top performers in your group. Ask them who they know and offer them a referral bonus if they find someone for you
Create a very attractive job description and get it into the hands of all the universities with NP and PA programs in the region.
Contact candidates who have previously applied.
Create a targeted list of 100-200 NPs and PAs within 10-60 miles of you. Then, via phone and email, go recruit and tell your story to this targeted list.
