Our Secrets for Recruiting NPs and PAs

1. Make a list of 20 ‘Connectors’ and 20 ‘A Players’. A ‘Connector’ is anyone who knows you, is well connected and is willing to help you. ‘A Players’ are the top performers in your group. Ask them who they know and offer them a referral bonus if they find someone for you.

 

2. Create a very attractive job description and get it into the hands of all the universities with NP and PA programs in the region.

 

3. Contact candidates who have previously applied.

 

4. Create a targeted list of 100-200 NPs and PAs within 10-60 miles of you. Then, via phone and email, go recruit and tell your story to this targeted list.
