Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Will be working with all ages in an outpatient office
- 1 hour first time intake and then 20-30 minute follow up visits

Background Profile:
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP, Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP
- License and Board Certification in state of New Jersey and or New York depending on role
