Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Monday-Friday role with Thursday being an administrative day or day off dependent on scheduled patients for week. 3 days office, 1 surgery, 1 admin
- Average 10-12 patients per day
- Team based mindset with collaborative environment
- Role with be working up patients pre-surgery, working in office 80% and surgery 10-20%
Background Profile:
- Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP, Adult Nurse Practitioner / ANP or Physician Assistant / PA
- License and Board Certification in state of New Hampshire or pending
