Your Role with the Company:
- M-F schedule, 8a-4:30p
- Nurse Manager will be managing 13 total employees made of nurses, social workers and admin staff.
- In this role the nurse manager will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, orienting and termination of staff.
- Conducting performance evaluation of staff and department planning.
Background Profile:
- Expertise in management is requirement
- Background working in hospice/home care and in nursing homes is a plus
- BSN is a needed for the position.
