- Offering a full range of retirement options and comprised of a state of the art rehab center, assisted living, skilled care, and a wellness center.
Benefits and Features:
- $52,000 – 85,000/year, based on experience
- Excellent PTO and health benefits, dental, Vision
- LTD-STD, 401K (4% employer contribution) and life benefits
- Sign on bonus!
Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Long Term Care / LTC – 3pm-11pm + every other weekend
- Skilled Nursing Facility / SNF – 7p-7am + every other weekend
- Skilled Nursing Facility / SNF – 7a-7pm + every other weekend
- Seeing adults/geriatrics, 1 hour for new patients and 30 minutes for follow ups.
