Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Administer advanced nursing care for chronically or crucially ailing cancer patients
- Assess and provide appropriate interventions
- Prescribe medication and manage symptoms
- Effectively communicates with patient and families
- Monday – Friday

Background Profile:
- Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner/AOCNP, Nurse Practitioner/NP, Advance Practice Provider/APP or Physician Assistant/PA
- 1 year or more of oncology experience is ideal
- License and Board Certification in state of Connecticut or pending
