A Detailed Pitch!

We talk a lot around here about how people are attracted to details, not generalities. While we often are talking about job descriptions, it rings just as true for pitching a job position. Recruiters, when you are giving your pitch to candidates, give them what they want… the details.

If you are pitching a position to a candidate, the same rule applies as it does to job descriptions – people are attracted to details, not generalities.
