We are looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner for a top community health group in Hartford, CT

• 100,000-120,000 annual salary dependent on experience level,
plus relocation

Provider’s Role with the Company:
• 8am-5pm, Mon-Friday
• Shared call with other providers on site
• Provider will be seeing all ages and performing Medication-Assisted Treatment
• You will have the ability to develop great relationships with the patients in the community and meet a big need
Background Profile:
• MSN/APRN(Advanced Practice) / ARNP / FNP-BC, Family Nurse Practitioner
will be working in a team setting
• FNP experience is a major plus for this position with the ability to work
autonomously and grow patient load
• The position is not open to new graduates at this time
