- $85,000 – 115,000/year in salary, depending on experience

Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time or part-time position available
- Nurse Practitioner/NP will see acute and chronic care visits with a big part of the role to develop relationships with the patients to focus on preventative care/wellness
- Supportive team setting consisting of a Medical Director, FNP, LVNs and MA
Background Profile:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP
- 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is ideal
- CA licensed is ideal
- Skilled building rapport and communicating with patients
