Benefits and Features
- Up to $500,000/yr : $250-$300k Base Salary plus bonuses of $50-$200k
- Work/Life Balance Hours 8am-4:30pm

Role you will Play
- Nursing Home Based position managing Sub Acute and Long-Term Care patients
- 1-2 facility visits per day Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- 10-20 patients per day
