Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time position – Monday -Friday day shift- flex schedule
- Nurse will be seeing patients in both nursing facilities and conducting home visits.
- Will provide emotional support to assist patients to live as independent and as comfortable as possible near the end of their lives.
- Nurse will be working closely alongside family members, physicians, and chaplains.
- RN will collaborate with LPNs to develop and maintain quality of care plan.
Background Profile:
- Must have an active RN license for Indiana
- Experience with hospice/home care is a plus
- ASN or BSN is acceptable
