Want to improve your offer to acceptance ratio?

Do these 4 things instead of just emailing them the offer.

  1. Call them and explain why you are choosing them….list specific things about their personality, skillset and background.  If applicable, share how many people you interviewed and they were the #1 choice.
  2. Explain why you think they are a good fit for this specific role.
  3. Explain how important this role is for the organization.
  4. Lastly, paint the picture of what you think they can accomplish within your organization in the next 5-10 years.
