Do these 4 things instead of just emailing them the offer.
- Call them and explain why you are choosing them….list specific things about their personality, skillset and background. If applicable, share how many people you interviewed and they were the #1 choice.
- Explain why you think they are a good fit for this specific role.
- Explain how important this role is for the organization.
- Lastly, paint the picture of what you think they can accomplish within your organization in the next 5-10 years.
