Position: Primary Care, full time, permanent

- $90 – $110k base salary + production bonuses

Your Role with the Company:
- Monday – Friday only, no weekends, no call, 40-hour work week
- Providing care to all aged patients, seeing an average of 20 patients/day; new consults, diagnosing, prescribing, and referring out
- Ability to develop great relationships offering personalized care and attention, amazing company culture, collaborative environment, empowered and autonomous, excellent mentoring
Background Profile:
- Candidates must have over 1-year experience (as an advanced practice provider)
- Passion for providing healthcare to the underinsured and uninsured population
