Stable and Growing Community Hospital is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner/NP or Physician Assistant/PA-C to work in an inpatient hospital setting in the Bakersfield area! Close to Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, CA!

Position Title: Inpatient – NP/PA

Benefits and Features:
- $125-145,000 a year in salary. Depending on years of experience
- 3-4 weeks PTO plus sick and CME

Your Role with the Company:
- Flexible schedule – 4/10s or 5/8s
- Nurse Practitioner/NP will work in an inpatient hospital setting
- Will be working with a Hospitalist
- Will be seeing between 18-20 patients a day
Background Profile:
- Nurse Practitioner/NP or Physician Assistant/PA-C
- 2+ years on inpatient/ICU experience required
- CA licensed
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
