- $58,000 – 65,000/year in salary, depending on experience

Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time position – Monday -Friday 8a-5p
- Nurse will be seeing patients in both a home setting and some nursing facilities.
- Will be providing one on one care for patients, educating both the patient and their families on proper home patient care.
- May help with wound care, medication managements and taking health assessments to better develop a plan of care.
- In this role you will see patients for long term care and short-term care.
Background Profile:
- Must have an active RN license for Pennsylvania
- Experience with home health is a plus
- ASN or BSN is acceptable
