- $85-110,000 annual salary, depending on experience

Your Role with the Company:
- Mon-Fri, some on call
- Quality visits versus quantity mentality with team approach
- An ideal candidate has experience with seniors, experience with diagnosis and assessment of chronic illness, must be able to establish relationships, be personable, flexible and adaptable.
- NP or PA will work in clinic for ages 50 and up seeing around 15 patients a day on average
